Who are you? And how can you help me look good naked?
I’m Jodi Jones, and I used to be the epitome of everything that’s wrong with the fitness industry today. I was going through endless workouts that bored me to tears, because I believed a certain amount of cardio and a certain amount of weight training would get me where I wanted to be. I ate the same 5 foods day in and day out (baked chicken breast, anyone?). I did this for a long time.
I wasn’t getting me back to where I wanted to be.
Trust me, it wasn’t for lack of trying. My temperament to this day is aggressive. I work hard until I get what I want. I push every limit. I’m a definite type A. I’m just a tad intense.
And unchecked, I’m my own worst enemy.
The way the training industry goes, it’s easy to blow out your metabolism. You look strong, but you’re really unhealthy. I screwed up my metabolism so badly I wound up gaining a ton of weight. I was deeply unhealthy and I didn’t know how to fix it. It took me a long, long time – and a lot of education – to find my way back.
I did it, though. I learned what works and what doesn’t. I started to take a more thorough approach to my training. I started to consider what it really needed to perform at its best.
That’s what I want for you. I want to show you how to train the right way the first time, so you don’t have to go through the destructive cycle I went through. I want you to know all the vitamins, minerals and whole foods your body needs along with the training that’ll get you where you want to be.You can do it by working with me directly, or you can take the information I offer in this blog and put it to good use in your own ambitions. But you won’t have to learn by trial and error.
You won’t have to deal with the frustrations of following all the rules and not getting anywhere – or even going backwards. You won’t have to go it alone. I’m here for you. I have over fifteen years of experience studying the nutrition, anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics that lets me know how to blast through all your problems.
